Creamy Jamaican Carrot Juice Recipe

The second is a Jamaican carrot juice recipe that requires a few additional ingredients. However, both recipes are simple and can easily be tailored to suit your personal taste.

This Jamaican carrot juice recipe is very versatile. Therefore feel free to experiment with your own ingredients.

You will need the following base ingredients to make the juice.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups of chopped carrots
  • 4 cups of water
  • 7oz. Evaporated milk
  • 7oz. Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

Wash, trim carrots and chop carrots into 1-3 inch pieces

Place 3 cups of chopped carrots in blender

Add 2 cups of water and puree

It is also easy to transform this into a mildly alcoholic drink by adding a Guinness or Dragon stout to the juice before serving.

Juice should last up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

Recommended Juice Machines

So now you have the recipes you may be wondering which are the best carrot juicing machines. I have put together a list for you.

We are recommending three carrot juice machines that will enhance your carrot juice making experience.

First on the list is our recommended blender. Now please don’t get confused. A blender is not the same as a juice.

A blender works by chopping, mincing and pureeing the ingredients for you. You will need to do the actual juicing manually.

It does take more time than using a juicer to make carrot juice using a blender.

However if you only make juices occasionally and you don’t make a lot at once, a blender may be right for you.

We checked out some blenders and this is our favorite.

Best Blender for Making Carrot Juice

Our top choice for best blender for making carrot juice is the Ninja BL770. Although it is not the latest model on the market, this blender is worth it’s weight blending.

The Ninja BL770 is also known as the Ninja Mega Kitchen System.  Here are a few features why we recommend this product.

  • Powerful 1500 watt motor
  • 3 Manual speed controls
  • 24 Cups container capacity
  • Dishwasher safe
  • Budget friendly

Best Juicers For Carrots

Next is our pick of the best juicers for carrots.  We decided on a centrifugal juicing machine and a cold press juicer.

These machines save you a lot of time by doing the chopping a squeezing for you. One major difference between these machines is how each one works.

The other difference is the price point.  Cold pressed juicers are more expensive than traditional juice extractors.

So let’s take a look at the centrifugal juicer first.

Centrifugal Juicers For Carrots

These juicers have very sharp blades and teeth that quickly chop and grind fruits and vegetables. Then they extract the juice and pour it into a container while placing the pulp in a designated area.

Making carrot juice with this type of juicer is quick and easy.

Our recommended juice extractor for making carrot juice is the Cuisinart CJE-1000 model.  Our recommendation is based on some of its features.

  • 1000 Watt motor
  • Stainless steel housing
  • Dishwasher safe parts
  • 5 Speed settings
  • Large 3 inch wide feeding chute
  • Fast juice extraction
  • Good Juice quality

Best Cold Pressed Juicer for Carrots

A cold pressed juicer-sometimes called a masticating juicer-works a little differently from your regular juicing machine.

Cold press juicer works using a gentle pressing motion to squeeze the juice from fruits and vegetables.

There are no sharp blades chopping the fruits and vegetables. Therefore no heat is generated in the process.

Because of this method, many people believe the juice produced by a cold press juicer retains more nutrients.

Our top pick for cold press juicer for carrots is the Aicook Slow Masticating Juicer.  We chose this one because it was one of the most budget friendly juicers.

However it sports some attractive features.

  • Quiet Motor
  • Easy assemble/disassemble
  • Dishwasher safe
  • Reverse function
  • High juice yield
  • 2 year warranty.

Conclusion

So there you have it. Two quick and easy carrot juice recipes. So you can savor a cold organic glass of carrot juice any time you want.

You can also “kick things up a notch” with our versatile Jamaican carrot juice recipe.

In addition we recommended a few machines to help make your juicing experience more enjoyable.

Have fun making carrot juice.
