Immune boosting teas have been consumed in many generation over the centuries.  They are used to strengthen the body’s immunity especially as the temperature changes.

Menthol is widely used in over the counter cold relief medications.  The compound reduces irritation in the airways, suppresses coughs and makes breathing easier.
