2 tsps lime juice

  • Thaw frozen pulp
  • Brew tea for about 3 minutes 
  • Strain and set to cool
  • Add melted fruit pulp to tea
  • Add 4 cups of cold water
  • Add lime juice
  • Stir well to combine the flavors
  • Sweeten and serve of ice

Tips: (Pulp is available in the freezer section of your local grocery store or online). You may want to squeeze passionfruit pulp through a strainer if there are seeds.
